Answer

Sciebo is a cloud for file sharing/drops/transfers provided by the UoC: https://uni-koeln.sciebo.de. It also offers collaborative editing features for MSOffice-documents. University policy strongly recommends against using dropbox and google drive. Sciebo may be an alternative.

Registration is with your University ID, jdoe2@uni-koeln.de (A dedicated password will be created...so it is not a login with your university account, but instead requires an initial registration)

We use sciebo for some processes because it is well suited for collaboration, is secure and has easy handling of user rights (You can also create groups of users, assign rights and share internally of externally. Sciebo is browser based and allows simultaneous collaborative editing of Office-Documents.

Signing pdf

To sign pdfs, download to local PC, sign and upload (usually replacing the old file and not changing file name).
When multiple people need to sign successively, there may be issues with Adobe. To solve, print pdf via pdf24 on local computer after signing and before uploading.
